7. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY 

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under age 13. If we become aware that we have collected any personal information from

children under 13, we will attempt to delete the information as soon as practicable. 

8. INTERNATIONAL DATA PROCESSING & TRANSFER 

BacStich and its Websites are located in the United States and are subject to the applicable state and federal laws of the United States. We transfer your personal information subject to appropriate safeguards as permitted under the applicable data protection laws. For such transfers, we rely on your content or legal transfer mechanisms such as the Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses.

This Policy applies solely to the information collected by BacStitch. Our Sites may contain links to websites not owned or controlled by BacStitch. BacStitch does not have any control over these third-party websites. We encourage you to be aware of these other third-party websites and their privacy statements, as we cannot control and are not responsible for privacy policies or practices of third-party websites.
